Miso and tahini soup

Speedy miso soup: quick, healthy, and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 250g pkts Brown Medium Grain Rice in 90 seconds (see note)
  • 2 bunches broccolini, stems sliced
  • 2 corn cobs
  • 99.00 gm white miso paste
  • 75.00 gm tahini
  • 200g fresh crab meat (see note)
  • 82.50 ml finely chopped chives
  • 6.00 gm black sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions:
  • Prepare fluffy and perfectly cooked rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  • In a large saucepan, boil 1.5L (6 cups) of water over high heat. Quickly cook broccolini for 1 minute. Simultaneously, cut corn kernels from cobs. Add corn, rice, and cook for another minute. Remove from heat and stir in miso paste and tahini until well combined. Divide into 4 bowls, top with crab, chives, and sesame seeds.
