Grill smoky miso salmon with crunchy slaw for a quick, tasty weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 60ml seasoning
  • 42.00 gm salt-reduced soy sauce
  • 48.00 gm miso paste
  • 30.00 ml sake
  • 20.00 gm caster sugar
  • 2 tsp finely grated ginger
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
  • Combine the spring onion, mirin, soy sauce, miso, sake, sugar, ginger, and oil in a large bowl to create a flavorful marinade.
  • Place 4 salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill to medium heat. Remove salmon from marinade and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
