Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
  • 1 teaspoon white miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon finely diced firm tofu
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
Instructions:
  • In a 1 1/2-quart saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil over high heat. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture into a cozy mug.
