Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbsp red miso or 3 Tbsp white miso
  • 2 Tbsp sake
  • 2 Tbsp sugar (less or more to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 4 6-ounce skinless salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • Combine the miso, sake, soy sauce, and sugar in a small bowl, adjusting the amounts to your preference.
  • Prepare the salmon marinade by evenly coating the fish with the miso sauce. Marinate in a covered container for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight for optimal flavor.
