Quick and flavorful miso soup made with dashi stock, miso paste, silken tofu, and green onions. Ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons dashi granules
  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 (8 ounce) package silken tofu, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, bring water and dashi granules to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to medium heat, whisk in miso paste, add tofu, and green onions. Simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot.
