Indulgent Mississippi Mud Pie brownies loaded with Oreo™ cookies, marshmallows, ganache, and a creamy filling - pure chocolate bliss!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box for cakelike brownies
  • 20 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped (about 2 2/3 cups)
  • 1 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting (from 16-oz container)
  • 2 cups Cool Whip frozen whipped topping (from 8-oz container), thawed
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and generously spray the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Prepare the brownie batter according to the instructions on the box for cake-like brownies. Gently fold in 1 cup of chopped cookies. Spread the batter evenly in a pan. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the edge of the pan comes out almost clean. Allow the brownies to cool completely for about 1 hour before serving.
  • Mix frosting and whipped topping in a medium bowl until smooth. Spread the mixture over the brownie, then sprinkle with marshmallows and top with remaining chopped cookies.
  • Place the chocolate chips and whipping cream in a small microwavable bowl and microwave uncovered on High for 45 seconds. Stir the mixture and continue to microwave in 15-second increments until the chips are melted. Stir until smooth, then drizzle over the top of your dish. Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate is set.
  • Cut the dish into 24 equal portions and store in the refrigerator with a loose cover.
