Try a zesty Mixed Leaf Salad with a satisfying Hazelnut Dressing for a deliciously crunchy dish.
Ingredients:
  • 40.00 ml hazelnuts
  • 120g pkt brand 4 leaf salad mix
  • 56.88 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 20.00 ml white wine vinegar
  • 2.25 gm white sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Roast hazelnuts on a baking tray for 5 minutes. Transfer to a clean tea towel, rub to remove skins, cool, and finely chop.
  • In a large bowl, place the salad leaves. In a small bowl, mix the oil, vinegar, and sugar, then season. Stir in the hazelnuts, add to the salad, and toss everything together.
