Mixed leaf salad with mozzarella, mint, peach & prosciutto

Top fresh buffalo mozzarella with optional dried chili and mixed greens for a customizable and flavorful twist!
Ingredients:
  • ripe peach
  • buffalo mozzarella
  • higher-welfare prosciutto
  • fresh mint
  • mixed salad leaves
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • lemon
  • dried red chilli optional
Instructions:
  • Gently peel the ripe peach by pinching the skin and peeling from bottom to top, then cut into quarters. Tear the mozzarella into small pieces and arrange on a plate with the peaches. Season lightly with sea salt and black pepper. Place a few slices of prosciutto on top. Tear the mint leaves, mix with salad leaves, and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice dressing. Add the dressed leaves on top. Enjoy this simple and flavorful dish!
