Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml espresso coffee
  • 5.00 gm caster sugar
  • 169.95 gm milk
  • 500.00 ml ice cubes
  • 4 Tim Tam biscuits
  • 40.00 ml chocolate topping
Instructions:
  • Combine coffee and sugar in a jug, stirring until sugar is fully dissolved.
  • In a blender, combine milk, ice, biscuits, and coffee mixture until thick and creamy. Divide into glasses and finish with a dollop of topping. Serve and enjoy.
