Indulgent espresso-chocolate latte topped with whipped cream, made using a home espresso machine.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups 2% milk
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger brewed espresso
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened whipped cream
Instructions:
  • First, steam the milk in a pitcher until it reaches 145-165 degrees F (65-70 degrees C). Then, pour the chocolate syrup into a large coffee mug and brew the espresso directly into it. Next, slowly pour the steamed milk into the mug while using a spoon to hold back the foam. Finish by topping with whipped cream.
