Ingredients:
  • 125.00 gm butter
  • 107.50 gm caster sugar
  • 4.40 gm vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 small-medium bananas
  • 225.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 2.50 gm bicarbonate of soda
  • 50ml milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C (fan-forced) and generously butter a round cake tin.
  • Combine sugar, butter, and vanilla until perfectly blended. Gradually incorporate the eggs one by one, beating thoroughly after each addition.
  • Combine mashed bananas into the mixture and blend well. In a separate bowl, dissolve baking soda in milk, then add the milk and flour to the mixture in alternating additions.
  • Transfer the mixture to a cake tin and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
