Whip up decadent nutty chocolate chip brownies using a convenient cake mix.
Ingredients:
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (6 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.33333334326744 cup applesauce
  • 1 large egg
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously coat a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, chocolate chips, walnuts, milk, applesauce, and egg until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Place in the oven and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 25-30 minutes. Allow it to cool fully before slicing into squares.
