Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 (6 ounce) container soy yogurt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Combine and sieve flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda into a bowl.
  • Combine luscious vegetable oil, sweet sugar, and creamy soy yogurt in a bowl. Gently fold in the flour mixture until a cohesive dough forms.
  • Spoon dollops of dough 2 inches apart onto the prepared baking sheet.
