Moist vegan chocolate chip cookies made with almond milk and flax seeds for a delicious twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup vegan white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons water
Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a cookie sheet.
  • Combine flour, chocolate chips, sugar, flax seeds, baking soda, and salt in a bowl, and whisk together until well mixed.
  • Combine almond milk and water in a bowl, then pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  • Bake in the oven until the edges turn golden, typically 15 to 18 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
