Quick and easy vegan chocolate cake ready in under an hour. Enhance with chocolate chips or nuts for added flair.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup coarse or turbinado (raw) sugar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.33333334326744 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Add water, grapeseed oil, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar. Mix until smooth, then pour batter into the loaf pan.
  • Bake for 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes on a wire rack, then carefully invert onto a serving plate or cooling rack. Let cool completely.
