Crispy oven-baked potato wedges with a kick, a delicious twist on classic fries.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.33333334326744 cup milk
  • 6 potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and generously grease a baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, paprika, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. In a separate bowl, mix egg and milk. Dip potato wedges in egg mixture, then coat with seasoned flour. Place on baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil.
  • Cook until the coating is golden brown and the potatoes are fork-tender, for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve hot.
