Ingredients:
  • 8 thick sausages
  • 20.00 ml Moroccan seasoning
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • mashed potato, to serve
  • steamed butter beans, to serve
Instructions:
  • Place sausages in a ceramic dish. Mix seasoning, cinnamon, oil, juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Drizzle over sausages and toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, if possible.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add sausages and marinade, cooking for 3 to 4 minutes until golden, making sure not to burn the spices.
  • Place the sausages on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until they are fully cooked. Serve the sausages with potatoes and beans.
