Elevate Asian family dinner with savory chicken and veggie rolls made with quick and tasty Original Bisquick® mix. Ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 bag (16 ounces) coleslaw mix
  • 1 package (8 ounces) sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 tablespoon grated gingerroot
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • Green onions, chopped, if desired
Instructions:
  • In a 4-quart Dutch oven set over medium-high heat, warm oil. Add coleslaw mix, mushrooms, chicken, and gingerroot, and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender. Stir in hoisin sauce, reduce heat, and keep warm.
  • Combine Bisquick mix, milk, and egg in a medium bowl until smooth. Gently fold in onions.
  • Generously coat a 10-inch skillet with cooking spray and heat it over medium-high heat. Pour a scant 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to create a thin pancake about 5 to 6 inches wide. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Keep the pancakes warm as you continue making the rest.
  • Spread a generous amount of 1/2 cup vegetable mixture onto each pancake and roll them up tightly.
