Ingredients:

1 cup ice
1 fluid ounce vodka
1 fluid ounce coffee-flavored liqueur (such as Kahlua®)
1 fluid ounce Irish cream liqueur
1 fluid ounce heavy cream

Instructions:

Fill a classic glass with 1 cup of ice.
In a cocktail shaker, mix vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and heavy cream. Shake well with ice until chilled. Pour into an old-fashioned glass.
