Savory ham enhances this satisfying pasta dish.
Ingredients:
  • 400g spaghetti
  • 250g button mushrooms, sliced
  • 80ml thickened cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 250g sliced ham, cut into thin strips
  • 45g parmesan
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh continental parsley
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
  • Cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling water until perfectly al dente based on the packet instructions.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook until golden, about 4-5 minutes. In a jug, whisk together cream and eggs until well combined.
  • After draining the pasta, promptly transfer it back to the pan. While the pasta is still warm, mix in the egg blend, mushrooms, ham, parmesan, and parsley until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper. Serve right away.
