Mushroom Sauce for Pasta

Sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions in butter, mixed with creamy chicken soup and milk. Perfect for lasagna or pasta sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1.5 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 0.33333334326744 cup milk
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté onions, green pepper, red pepper, and mushrooms in butter until mushrooms are tender. Stir in cream of chicken soup and milk, cooking until smooth.
