Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar mushrooms, drained and diced
  • 1 (1.5 ounce) package dry beef stew seasoning mix
  • 0.25 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
  • Combine the turkey, mushrooms, beef stew seasoning mix, and eggs in a bowl, then shape into patties.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and cook the patties for 10-12 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
