Indulge in juicy beef burgers topped with creamy mushroom gravy for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.33333334326744 cup Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1.5 cups sliced mushrooms
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, onion, and egg, ensuring all ingredients are mixed well. Shape the beef mixture into 4 burgers that are firm and 1/2-inch thick.
  • In a 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers until they're golden brown on both sides, then remove any excess fat.
  • Pour in the rest of the soup, Worcestershire sauce, water, and mushrooms into the skillet. Bring it to a boil, then lower the heat. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes until the burgers are fully cooked.
