Ingredients:
  • 6 beef cubed steaks (8 ounces each)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 1 jar (6 ounces) sliced mushrooms, undrained
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) condensed golden mushroom soup
Instructions:
  • Season beef generously with salt and pepper. Layer beef in a 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with onions, mushrooms, and liquid. Pour soup over the top.
  • Slow cook on low heat for 7 to 8 hours until the beef is tender.
