Moist and flavorful turkey meatballs with Italian bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley - a beloved family favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 0.5 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine turkey, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, and salt in a large bowl until evenly mixed. Shape mixture into 1 1/2-inch diameter meatballs with gentle, wet hands, avoiding overhandling or compacting.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of at least 160°F (70°C).
