Ingredients:
  • 2 nashi
  • 150g pecorino cheese (or hard cheese of your choice), at room temperature, sliced
  • Water crackers, to serve
Instructions:
  • Cut each nashi pear into 8 wedges after coring.
  • Serve the cheese and crackers on a platter or individual plates.
