Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.33333334326744 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup beer, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pound medium shrimp - peeled and deveined
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine garlic powder, onion powder, basil, thyme, rosemary, cayenne pepper, and paprika in a small bowl, stirring until well mixed.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with spice mixture and continue to cook and stir. Pour in beer and Worcestershire sauce; simmer until shrimp are cooked through, another minute. Adjust seasoning with salt to taste before serving.
