Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 0.75 cup hot water
Instructions:
  • In a small jar with a tight-fitting lid, mix together oats, coconut sugar, and almond butter; then cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Pour hot water into the oat mixture, cover with the lid, and let it sit for 3 to 5 minutes. Give it a good stir before enjoying.
