Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup natural peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 0.33333334326744 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup wheat germ
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed
Instructions:
  • In a large mixing bowl, blend peanut butter, milk powder, and coconut. Add oats, ground cinnamon, wheat germ, and apple juice concentrate. Mix until fully combined.
  • Form the mixture into petite 1-inch balls and refrigerate until perfectly chilled. Store any uneaten nuggets in the fridge.
