Swap mayo for creamy avocado in these flavorful green deviled eggs.
Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • ground white pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
  • 1. Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and add enough water to cover the eggs by 1 inch. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes. 2. Drain the water and cool the eggs under cold running water. 3. Peel the eggs once they are cold. 4. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  • Combine avocado, sour cream, and egg yolks, mashing into a smooth mixture. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, dill, salt, and white pepper until well blended. Fill egg white halves with the mixture, and top with chopped green onion for garnish.
