No-Bake Birthday Cake Bars

Quick and festive no-bake cereal bars with frosting and sprinkles, perfect for birthdays or anytime treats.
Ingredients:
  • 8 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
  • 1 container (1.75 oz) Betty Crocker™ rainbow mix sprinkles (about 1/3 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 bag (10 oz) miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting (from 16-oz container)
  • 1/2 cup white vanilla baking chips
Instructions:
  • Coat a 13x9-inch pan and a large bowl with cooking spray. Combine cereal and 1/4 cup of the sprinkles in the bowl.
  • Spray a medium microwave-safe bowl with cooking spray. Add butter and marshmallows. Microwave on High for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Mix in 1/2 cup of frosting and white vanilla baking chips. Microwave for an additional 30 to 60 seconds until well blended, stirring after.
  • Pour the warm, gooey marshmallow mixture over the cereal blend and mix until every piece is coated thoroughly. Press down firmly in the pan.
  • Microwave the remaining 1/4 cup of frosting in a small microwave-safe bowl on High for 5 to 10 seconds until melted and smooth. Drizzle over the bar using a fork and sprinkle the remaining sprinkles on top.
  • Chill for at least 1 1/2 hours until firm. Cut into 24 bars and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
