Indulgent no-bake brownie bites with almonds, pecans, dates, chia seeds, cocoa, and a honey-cocoa icing.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 0.5 cup almonds
  • 0.5 cup pecans
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions:
  • Place dates in a bowl and cover with hot water, submerging them completely. Allow dates to soak and soften for approximately 10 minutes. Drain dates in a colander before use.
  • Prepare your baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Place almonds, pecans, cocoa powder, and chia seeds in a food processor; blend until combined. Then, add dates and salt and blend until smooth. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  • Combine the luscious coconut oil, rich cocoa powder, and sweet honey to make the delectable icing. Drizzle this exquisite mixture over the irresistible brownies.
