Try this irresistible Arnott's Kingston biscuit cream loaf for your next dinner party - easy to make and impossible to resist!
Ingredients:
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 24.00 gm icing sugar
  • 4.40 gm vanilla extract
  • 40.00 ml caramel topping, plus extra, to serve
  • 2 x 200g pkts Arnott’s Kingston biscuits
  • Shredded coconut, to serve
Instructions:
  • Whip the cream, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl with electric beaters until it forms almost firm peaks.
  • Mix the caramel topping with 2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl. Spread a thin layer of the cream mixture on a serving plate. Set aside 7 biscuits. Dip half of the remaining biscuits into the caramel mixture, coat with the cream mixture, then assemble in a row along one side of the cream on the plate. Spread a bit of cream on the inside edge of the row. Repeat with the rest of the caramel, biscuits, and cream to make a second row next to the first one.
  • Spread the luscious cream mixture generously on top of the biscuits until fully covered. Allow it to chill in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight to achieve the perfect texture. Halve the remaining Kingston biscuits and place them artistically on top of the loaf. Finish with a decadent drizzle of extra caramel topping and a sprinkle of coconut.
