No-Bake Marshmallow-Butterscotch-Chex Cookies

Create a delicious dessert using only five ingredients and any type of Chex™ cereal you prefer. Easy to make and even easier to enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups Chex™ cereal, any variety
  • 1/2 cup lightly salted peanuts
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 bag (11 oz) butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions:
  • Combine the cereal, peanuts, and marshmallows in a large bowl.
  • Microwave butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a medium microwavable bowl on Medium to Medium-High (50 to 75%) in 1-minute intervals, stirring between each, until mixture is smooth and melted, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Drizzle the mixture over the cereal, using a large wooden spoon to combine until the cereal is fully coated. Spoon the mixture onto waxed or parchment paper in dollops.
  • Allow to sit for 15 to 20 minutes for it to firm up.
