Wholesome, no-bake energy bites with almonds, oats, honey, and coconut, perfect for quick, nutritious snacking.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup almond butter
  • 0.33333334326744 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, or more to taste
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup cocoa nibs
  • sea salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl, stirring until smooth. Fold in oats, coconut, chocolate chips, cocoa nibs, and sea salt until fully mixed; chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Shape mixture into delectable balls by hand.
