Easy no-bake pumpkin cheesecake made with pumpkin pie filling, cream cheese, whipped topping, and a pie crust for a delicious fall treat.
Ingredients:
  • 10 ounces pumpkin pie filling
  • 8.75 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared shortbread pie crust
  • ground cinnamon for dusting (Optional)
Instructions:
  • Combine the pumpkin pie filling, cream cheese, 1 cup whipped topping, and confectioners' sugar in a large bowl, stirring until smooth. Spread the mixture into the prepared pie crust, then finish by topping the pie with the remaining whipped topping.
  • Chill pie until filling is firm, for 4 to 6 hours. Optionally dust with ground cinnamon before serving.
