Easy no-bake pumpkin pie with a luscious cream cheese filling, ready in minutes with just 5 ingredients. Chill to perfection before indulging.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions:
  • Mix together 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice in a small bowl.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend cream cheese and honey until smooth. Add 1/2 cup of spiced pumpkin mixture and mix well. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly. Spoon the remaining spiced pumpkin on top and create a decorative swirl on the surface, blending it with the filling.
  • Chill in the refrigerator until set, approximately 2 hours.
