No-cook Italian chicken and veggie salad on a crispy pizza crust - ready in 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup spinach dip
  • 1 package (10 oz) prebaked thin Italian pizza crust (12 inch)
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1 cup cubed cooked chicken
  • 3 tablespoons sliced green onions (3 medium)
  • 1 small tomato, seeded, chopped (1/2 cup)
Instructions:
  • Evenly coat the pizza crust with a generous layer of spinach dip, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
  • Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients over the top and slice into 6 wedges.
