Vibrant, sweet vine-ripened tomatoes - no chopping needed! Elevate salads or try them on our unique margherita pizza.
Ingredients:
  • 500g Bread & Pizza Plain Flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 300ml warm water
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 2 tsp (7g/1 sachet) dried yeast
  • Olive oil, to grease
  • 40.00 ml pizza sauce
  • 150g (1 1/2 cups) coarsely grated mozzarella
  • 240g cherry truss tomatoes, truss removed
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix flour and salt together. In a separate bowl, whisk together water, sugar, and yeast until the yeast dissolves. Create a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the yeast mixture.
  • Combine ingredients using a wooden spoon until mixed, then use your hands to form dough. Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Oil a large bowl and gently nestle the dough inside. Cover snugly with plastic wrap and let it rise in a cozy, draft-free spot for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until it nearly doubles in size.
  • Preheat the oven to 220°C. Grease a large baking tray. Press and stretch the dough over the tray, then top with sauce, mozzarella, and tomatoes. Bake for 15 minutes until the crust is golden. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
