Decadent no-bake Snickers pie with caramel, peanuts, and chocolate flavors. Graham cracker crust with roasted, salted peanuts for a crunchy, salty kick. A dreamy treat for Snickers fans.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup jarred caramel sauce or dulce de leche, divided
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. frozen whipped topping, thawed (such as Cool Whip®)
  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped chocolate-covered caramel-peanut nougat bar (such as Snickers®)
Instructions:
  • Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  • Make the crust by pulsing crackers, 1/4 cup peanuts, and brown sugar in a food processor until finely crushed for about 45 seconds. While the processor is running, slowly add melted butter through the chute and blend until well combined, approximately 10 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate without greasing it, then press the crumbs evenly onto the bottom and up the sides of the plate. Place in the freezer, uncovered, until the crust is firm, around 15 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium-high speed to blend cream cheese, peanut butter, and 6 tablespoons of caramel sauce until perfectly smooth and creamy. Be sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed, which should take about 2 minutes.
  • Incorporate powdered sugar into the mixture and beat on low for 10 seconds until light and fluffy. Gently fold whipped topping into cream cheese mixture in 3 additions until well combined. Finally, fold in the 1 1/2 cups finely chopped nougat bars until evenly distributed.
  • Evenly spread the remaining 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce over the chilled crust.
  • Pour the filling into the crust and spread it evenly using a small offset spatula. Cover gently with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the filling is completely firm, for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
  • Just before serving, elegantly drizzle with rich chocolate syrup and gooey caramel sauce. Sprinkle evenly with the delightful 1/3 cup of chopped nougat bars and peanuts. Place back in the freezer briefly until the sauce is perfectly set, for about 5 minutes. Serve promptly and enjoy every bite.
