Create a delectable dessert by stacking Frangelico-soaked biscuits, chocolate pudding, cream, and sliced Snickers bars.
Ingredients:
  • 310g Malt 'O' Milk biscuits (about 40)
  • 82.50 ml Frangelico or other nut/choc liqueur
  • 750g cream cheese, softened
  • 3x 50g Snickers bars, thickly sliced
  • 825 ml milk
  • 725 ml double cream
  • 100g instant chocolate pudding dessert mix
  • 125.00 ml salted caramel sauce, plus extra, warmed, to serve
Instructions:
  • Layer half of the biscuits on the bottom of a 6cm-deep, 20 x 30cm rectangular baking dish and generously brush them with half of the Frangelico liqueur.
  • Beat cream cheese and 1⁄2 cup milk with electric beaters until smooth. Mix in caramel until just combined. Spread mixture over biscuits, then chill in the fridge.
  • Next, combine the remaining 700ml of milk and 1⁄2 cup double cream in a large bowl. Sprinkle in the pudding mix. Use electric beaters to whip for 5 minutes until soft peaks form. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes until set. Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer, smoothing it out. Finish by layering the remaining biscuits on top and brushing them with the remaining Frangelico.
  • In a bowl, whip the remaining 600ml cream until soft peaks form. Spread the cream over the biscuits and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
  • Drizzle the dessert with extra luscious caramel sauce and crown it with sliced Snickers for an indulgent finish.
