No-bake strawberry tart for a delightful treat!
Ingredients:
  • 250g granita biscuits,
  • 7.50 gm ground ginger
  • 2.50 gm ground cinnamon
  • 150g melted unsalted butter
  • 250g spreadable cream cheese
  • 37.50 gm sifted icing sugar
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 2.20 gm vanilla extract
  • 250g Cream for desserts
  • 625g hulled strawberries
  • Icing sugar, to dust
Instructions:
  • Pulse biscuits, ground ginger, and cinnamon in a food processor until finely crushed. Add butter and process until well combined.
  • Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the base and sides of a 24cm fluted tart tin with a removable base. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Combine cream cheese, icing sugar, lemon rind, and vanilla extract until smooth. Mix in Philadelphia Cream. Spread mixture onto biscuit base and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
