Effortless entertaining with 6 ingredient no-bake dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 165g packets white chocolate Tim Tams, plus extra, halved to serve
  • 60g butter, melted
  • 82.50 gm strawberry jam
  • 441.88 gm thickened cream
  • 2 x 180g blocks white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 x 15g packets freeze-dried strawberries
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 2.5cm-deep, 13cm x 35cm rectangular, loose-based fluted tart pan by greasing it.
  • 1. Place Tim Tams in a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Add butter and pulse until mixture comes together. 2. Press the mixture evenly over the base and sides of the prepared pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. 3. Spread jam over the biscuit base. Freeze for 10 minutes before serving.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, heat 3/4 cup cream until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth and combined. Pour the mixture over the jam and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
  • With an electric mixer, whip the remaining cream until soft peaks form. Cut 3/4 of the freeze-dried strawberries in half and crush the rest. Transfer the tart from the pan to a serving plate. Top with a dollop of cream, extra Tim Tams, crushed strawberries, and strawberry crisps. Serve and enjoy!
