White chocolate and strawberry mess

Quick and easy, these Eton Mess inspired meringue desserts only take 15 minutes to make!
Ingredients:
  • 250g Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 18.00 gm icing sugar, sifted
  • 500g strawberries, halved
  • 75g meringues, broken into pieces
  • 100g White Baking Chocolate, grated
Instructions:
  • Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until creamy.
  • Mash a quarter of the strawberries with a fork, then gently fold in the rest of the berries. Combine the PHILLY, strawberries, and meringue in a large bowl, being careful not to overmix.
  • Begin by delicately dusting the bottom of each serving glass with a hint of chocolate. Gently layer in the PHILLY mixture, repeating the process, and concluding with a final decadent chocolate layer. Refrigerate and allow the flavors to meld for a minimum of 2 hours before presenting.
