Make delicious banana ice-cream with just 2 ingredients - easy and satisfying!
Ingredients:
  • 5 bananas
  • 2.50 gm ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Cut bananas into 5cm chunks, spread on a baking tray, and freeze overnight until firm.
  • Prepare the ice cream by placing the banana in a high-powered food processor or blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, then add cinnamon and blend for an additional 5 seconds.
  • Enjoy right away or freeze in individual portions for quick blending before serving. For example, freeze in flexible molds placed in small containers lined with parchment paper.
