Whip up crowd-pleasing no-churn ice cream with just a day's prep.
Ingredients:
  • 1.2L thickened cream
  • 2 x 395ml cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 40.00 ml espresso coffee granules, dissolved in 40.00 ml warm water
  • 40.00 ml coffee liqueur
  • Chocolate-coated coffee beans, to serve
  • 250.00 ml raspberries, plus extra to serve
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 250.00 ml crushed honeycomb, plus extra pieces to serve
  • 125.00 ml cherries, pitted chopped, plus extra to serve
  • 40.00 ml kirsch (cherry liqueur)
  • 100g dark chocolate, finely chopped, plus extra to serve
  • 250.00 ml peeled chopped yellow peach
  • 40.00 ml amaretto (almond liqueur)
  • 6 amaretti biscuits (Italian almond biscuits), crushed, plus extra to serve
Instructions:
  • Whip cream and condensed milk together using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Divide the mixture into 4 airtight containers and mix in different flavors. Freeze overnight until firm.
  • Top scoops of different ice creams with their unique flavor additions before serving.
