Quick and easy homemade ice cream with just 3 ingredients, ready in 5 minutes. Customize with your favorite chocolate for a delicious mint-choc-chip treat.
Ingredients:
  • 600 ml double cream
  • 1 x 397 g tin of condensed milk
  • 2 x 90 g Mint Aero bars or 1 x 175g bag of Maltesers plus extra to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, whisk cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold in condensed milk. Crush chocolate into various sizes - small bits, big pieces, and dusty bits - and fold most into the ice-cream mixture, reserving a small handful. Line a freezer-proof container with baking paper, pour in the mixture, and sprinkle over the reserved chocolate. Freeze for at least 4 hours until set. When ready to serve, transfer from freezer to fridge about 1 hour ahead. Unmold and slice to serve, garnishing with extra crushed chocolate, if desired.
