Effortless cinnamon rolls made in your bread machine for a stress-free baking experience, just roll, assemble, bake, and enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons softened butter
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 0.75 teaspoon salt
  • 2.25 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.33333334326744 cup raisins
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1.5 T milk
  • .25 t vanilla
Instructions:
  • Prepare the cinnamon rolls: Warm up milk, water, and 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan until perfectly heated. Transfer the mixture into a bread machine.
  • Combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar, egg, salt, and yeast in the bread machine following the manufacturer's recommended layering order. Select the Dough cycle and start.
  • After the dough cycle finishes, take out the dough from the bread machine and deflate it. Roll it out into a large rectangle on a floured surface and spread with softened butter.
  • Prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan by greasing it. In a small bowl, mix together 1/3 cup of sugar and cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the dough, then abundantly scatter raisins and walnuts on top. Roll the dough into a log from the long edge, then slice into 12 equal pieces. Arrange the rolls, cut-side down, in the baking pan. Cover and let rise in a warm spot until nearly doubled in size, approximately 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Bake rolls in the preheated oven until beautifully golden, for about 20-25 minutes. Then, let them cool for 10 minutes before enjoying.
  • Prepare the frosting while the rolls are cooling by combining confectioners' sugar, melted butter, milk, and vanilla in a bowl until a thick consistency forms.
  • Generously coat the warm rolls with frosting.
