Enhance Mexican flavors with lime juice, serve with tortilla chips. Make ahead and bake on the day for a stress-free party hit!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, flaked
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1.5 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1.5 teaspoons minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine cream cheese, imitation crab, green onion, garlic, lemon juice, jalapeno, and 1 cup of shredded cheese in a medium bowl. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish or pie plate, then sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes until the edges bubble and the cheese melts in the center.
