Decadent sour cream and cottage cheese pasta bake with a crunchy graham cracker crust.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package wide egg noodles
  • 1 (16 ounce) package cottage cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a large casserole dish.
  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook egg noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes; drain.
  • In a blender, combine cottage cheese and cream cheese until creamy. Add sour cream, vanilla, sugar, and eggs. After cooking the noodles, mix them with 1/2 cup of butter in a large bowl. Combine the cheese mixture with the noodles, ensuring they are well blended. Transfer everything to a large casserole dish.
  • Prepare the topping by combining graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar until a coarse crumb texture forms. Evenly sprinkle the mixture over the noodle mixture.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees and bake for an additional 45 minutes. Let cool, then slice and serve warm.
